I have had a tremendous response to the Coaches Mentoring Program.  There has been a lot of coaches that have been around for a long time that want to participate and help other coaches while learning some new things themselves.  Jim Berbee as well as Tim Husted have agreed to help me with this program.  I would like to see more newer coaches take advantage of this program.  The program is sponsored by MMFL and S&C Sports Services but is open to anyone.

Our first meeting will be at Al Baker's in Eagan this Sunday (12-06-09) from 4:00pm-6:00pm in their back room.  The Vikings play the Sunday night game so everyone will have plenty of time to make it home for the game.  Please let me know if you can make it so we can have an idea of how many people will be attending.

* Do we want to Raise Money to Put Back into the Softball Community?
* Strengths & Weaknesses (Identifying your Strengths and Weaknesses as a coach?)
* Small Group Sessions (We will break out into different groups to help coaches on their weaknesses)
